How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• Email contact@fayybek.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number and reason for return.

• Wait for our team to confirm your return and provide the return address.

• Ship the item back unused, in its original packaging.

• Share your return tracking number with us once shipped.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• Unused and unwashed

• In its original packaging with all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
