Refund policy

1. Order Not Received

Our standard delivery takes 10–15 business days from the date of order (including 2–5 days processing and 7–12 days shipping). If your order has not arrived within 18 business days of ordering, please contact us so we can investigate. If your order is confirmed lost or has not arrived within 25 business days, we will issue a full 100% refund or send a free replacement — whichever you prefer.

2. Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please do the following within 7 days of delivery:

 Take clear photos and/or a short video of the damaged product and packaging.

 Email the evidence to contact@fayybek.shop with your order number.

Once verified, we will offer you the choice of a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Defective or Faulty Product

If your product becomes defective within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at contact@fayybek.shop. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full store credit so you can reorder a replacement.

4. Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

 Unused and unwashed

 In its original, undamaged packaging

To initiate a return, email us at contact@fayybek.shop. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send the correct item or issue a full refund. Return shipping is covered by Fayybek in this case.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@fayybek.shop to begin the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:

 Items returned after 14 days of delivery (unless undelivered)

 Items that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging

 Change of mind requests made after 14 days of delivery
