We want to be upfront about how we ship your order so there are no surprises. Please read this page before placing your order.

How We Fulfil Orders

Fayybek partners with specialist manufacturers to bring you high-quality sleep products at fair prices. Each order is prepared and dispatched directly from our fulfilment partner, which allows us to keep costs down and quality high. This means delivery takes a little longer than a high street store — but every product is worth the wait.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for it to be prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 7–12 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 10–15 business days.

We know this is longer than next-day delivery — and we appreciate your patience. In return, we promise every product is carefully prepared before it leaves our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel every step of the way. If you have not received a tracking email within 6 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@fayybek.shop.

What If My Order Is Late?

 If your order has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

 If your order is confirmed lost or delayed beyond 25 days, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Customs & Import Duties

All orders ship to the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that import duties or local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Fayybek is unable to predict or cover these fees.
